...by cooling; but if sweat is nowhere appearing, it is bad. Such as when a chill is within, or there is an inflammation of the sight. Or the sight is troubled of its own accord. One must always attend closely to whatever is nearby in all things. Difficulty; and thus it is regarding those things brought on later, the other differing factors. Rheumatic things, as for their own parts, nevertheless they see what they see. The evidence brought in after falls suggests a need to rest. Therefore, urines [passed] after a horse-race are fatal. The things found in these matters are like the precision of those who know; if long ago on a journey, the removal of the speechless occurs. Those things treated with hostility are not practiced when the inflammation is contained; they are neglected. And as for the rest, they are unstable; the eyes being moist and sensitive. Bitter sensations; and such things in the body are bad. It is bad also to look toward the other side.

Perceiving all these things are the interpreters of dreams original: "oneirokritai"; ancient specialists who diagnosed physical or spiritual conditions by analyzing the symbols in a patient's dreams. among the blood-stained. For example, oily? springs, or roasted wool; and from these, the fearful things. To those for whom there is a trembling and the grayish-blue [vision] appears indistinctly. Because of difficulty in movement; in this way, there is a private and similar fate. From filth, a man is idle and likewise; for they draw all things out. The pains around the eye are hard to master. For they themselves appear in sleep. For it is a [serious] matter for the eyes to be struck. For those through whom fire passes, and those who experience such pains during coincidences, these things are misleading.

Another, in sleep, according to a precise opinion, [dreams] they are being devoured by a snake. This conveys certain signs; for toward a critical moment, the wretched things, a desire for sweetness, are excessive. And the alteration [of state]; for such things are against them in this matter. If some eyes should be dismembered or fall out from distress: bad; except for the parts within these. Again, the noise among the poor in appearance is bad; for those who have fallen asleep, the griefs are blamed. Among one's own people, [dreams of] priestly rites are also bad. And acts of self-murder. A little more: and laziness leads toward error. The evil hanging over them is wretched; or blood equal to that of wild beasts; or it seems to the one moving and those with them that the ear is being dug through: bad. Does it follow then that pains occur? The throbbings of the ear are causal. A choice among men; whether to practice these things or how: bad. Or such an opinion of wounds. And such a thing of folly or inexperience: bad. They are marvelous, caused by such a cholera equal to it; but generally, in bad taste, or if they are watering a moment in war: bad. Or an accusation against farmers is a wicked thing.

When the holm-oak appears, it is destruction, for those who are not conscious or who are being led astray; but if a piercing pain should twist, it is bad. Statues or falling towers signify harm to sexual matters; for they are turbulent. The fatal things which are worked wickedly for them also signify death. Where things are done lazily in old age. But the errors regarding judgments are bad. And it is bad; what sort of cause you take for the things that follow; and the infertility of pains, or the stomach. Sleeps in the news of strength; in a fever, it is bad, or difficult because of the search for the most part in strength.

Drinking water along with a certain reputation for gentleness [is good]. But if it is blood or wine, it brings the things of bitterness and bitter things; in these cases, it is either all-seeing as it sits, or because of luxury. Or in this, they might be mourned, or like falls; or things more manifest, inexperience is bad, but you know it is also holy; that which would seem to show more of a comeliness, fire occurring is bad. Because they are contained, they indicate a bad condition; and the things lying upon them are in error; and a journey for them. To be burned, then, is an ancient evil; and again, of practices, it is bad. And if it should sink down more slowly, it is a sign for those with eye-ailments. If anything among these frequents this place, altogether a lack of perception and the superfluous things are bad. Bloody chills, under commonness; and from these, bilious things prevailing, and a change in these is bad. For for the most part, since it comes upon everyone; those who are immoderate in excess, laziness; occurring, it is bad. And in the eyes, it signifies a darkening of the eye: bad. Whatever should enter or if one is asked for some salvation: bad. Or these trials, and they would seem to be the causes of evils.

Those who bring in black things [in dreams], a passing by of those who are absent. Insofar as they might suffer a portion of pain. On the one hand, a bold thing of those who called out; how you practice and in what things you are ambiguous. To be eaten in a water-channel, as if they are being touched by the surfacing of a fall; it is necessary then; after this, the bloody state upon it; and in causal signs. Bread is a writing [sign] of doctors and drugs; or diseases occurring through successions; and the flowering eruptions. Bread from a chair is like an ulcerous thing which occurs in equal measure; if it is rough when breaking out, or sharper, or the place swells. For the things previously afflicted in this rank: bad, such as a fall during labors; in other circumstances, they are unpracticed and incorporeal. Regarding fluxes, these are bad without any middle ground; bitter shivers or if they should shift from a pouring out, because of opinion; as if from that which is now flowing with blood in itself. Again, diseases with the consolation of a better man: bad. A cessation and hardship, for they are accidental. And if you should see someone resting in bed, these same things are bad; such as the things to be done.

Those parts, for which it is written bad, a multitude over a rubbing, and afterwards painfully the payment of destruction. As if from the clay, and a bitter consuming, and opinions of foreign fulfillments, from themselves they are fatal. Wicked blood in the chests even of the wise before it is announced to be taken; and the dances of flesh are fatal, or shivers, customarily bad. Otherwise, it might happen according to fortunes. The spiritless things of humans who are loosed. For every error of color, it is fatal. As the evidence of water witnesses to me; from which those who err or are taken are saved. A shiver; and from this the most of all, it interposes of a fool; to fall in no way under him. Sexual matters are superficially strong and through distress, bitterness. An opinion of destruction.
