Every verse whose beginning is d-h-w-s? and every verse whose end is d-d-a?.
For the day of judgment your sin is guarded, [the Lord]
is destined to take retribution from you
if you do not repent, and if you repent
it will be forgiven you. And talked Cain
to Abel his brother, and it came to pass when they were
in the field, and rose up Cain against Abel
his brother, and it came to pass when they were in the field,
and rose up Cain and killed him.
And spoke Cain to Abel his brother, and original: "zerau" - referring to the dispute/counsel
in the field, and rose up Cain
against Abel his brother and killed him.
And said the Lord to Cain, Where is
Abel your brother? And he said, I do not
know. Am I the keeper of my brother?
And said the Lord to Cain, Where is Abel your brother?
And he said, I do not know; am I the keeper
of my brother? And He said, What have you done?
The voice of the blood of your brother is crying unto Me
from the ground. And He said, What
have you done? The voice of the blood of the seed
that is destined to come out from your brother
whom you have killed, is crying before Me.
And now cursed are you from the
ground, which has opened its
mouth to take the blood of your brother
from your hand. And now cursed are you from the
earth, that the earth has opened
its mouth and received the blood of your brother
from your hand. Because you work the
ground, it shall not continue to yield its strength
to you; a wanderer and a fugitive you shall be on the earth.
Because you shall till the earth, it shall not
continue to give its strength to you;
wandering and exiled you shall be on the earth.
And said Cain to
the Lord, Great is my iniquity from being borne.
And said Cain before the Lord, [It is]
too heavy for me to be forgiven.
Behold, You have cast me out this day from
the face of the ground, and from Your face I shall be hidden,
and I shall be a wanderer
and a fugitive on the earth, and it shall be that everyone who finds me
will kill me. Behold, You have cast me out
this day from the face of the earth,
and from before You it is not possible
to be hidden, and it shall be that everyone
who finds me will kill me. And said
to him the Lord, Therefore, whoever kills Cain,
sevenfold he shall be avenged. And set the Lord
for Cain a sign, so as not to kill
him, [for] everyone who finds him. And said to him
the Lord, For everyone who kills Cain, for
seven generations he shall be avenged from me,
and set the Lord for Cain a sign, so that no one
should kill him, everyone who finds him.
And went out Cain from before the Lord
and dwelt in the land of Nod, east of
Eden. And went out Cain from before the Lord
and dwelt in the land of exile and wandering,
for he was the one who had worked from
the beginning in the garden of Eden.
And knew Cain his wife, and she conceived
and bore Enoch, and he was building
a city, and he called the name of the city like the name of
his son, Enoch. And knew Cain
his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth
to Enoch, and he built a city,
and called the name of the city
after the name of his son, Enoch. And bore
to Enoch, Irad, and Irad
bore Mehujael, and Mehujael
bore Methushael, and Methu-
shael bore Lamech.
And was born to Enoch, Irad,
and Irad bore Mehujael,
and Mehujael bore
Methushael, and Methushael bore
Lamech. And took for himself Lamech two
wives; the name of the one was Adah,
and the name of the second was Zillah. And took
for himself Lamech two wives,
name of one, Adah, and name
of the second, Zillah. And bore Adah
Jabal; he was the father of
those who dwell in tents and possess livestock. And she bore
Adah, Jabal; he was the master of
those who dwell in tents and possess
livestock. And the name of his brother was Jubal;
he was the father of all who handle
the lyre and pipe. And the name of his brother
Jubal; he was the master of all [musicians].
