A vertical strip of paper or parchment is pasted at the bottom center. It features two heraldic library stamps. The upper stamp displays the papal coat of arms with the crossed keys of Saint Peter and the triregno (tiara). The lower stamp features a shield with a crown and the word "Humility" original: "Humilitas", the motto of the Borromeo family, surmounted by a cardinal's galero with tassels.
