Eusebius of Caesarea (c. 260–339 AD) was a Greek historian and bishop, often revered as the "Father of Church History." His work, "Ecclesiastical History" (original Armenian title: Պատմութիւն Եկեղեցւոյ), provided the first comprehensive chronological account of the Christian Church's development from the time of the Apostles to his own era in the early 4th century.
