And for the body, he received the trial of nearness, He who was the adversary of the flesh and of our life, from Him and for Him. That He might humble Himself for us, He was of necessity living. That He might show, however, the obediens the obedient one, that he was living of His divinity. That by His upbringing He might be known, that He is God, and that He is He who is governed by Him as God. And that immediately, when the Lord of all was born, He who even before the body was reigning over His fathers. This matter, however, let us exert ourselves and speak, saying: "I am that Son of God, I am that King of the Jews!" That he might also speak for His divinity: "I am He who before Abraham existed," and so on. And the apostles say: "God, who is born for us." That they might flee—they do not have the power—in the name of the life of an angel. And He gave authority over the height of heaven, that He might decide in His angelhood, and that He might be feared over the thrones and dominions in the world by His life. In the name, however, of the One born, the victory is comforted; life was being spoken of, He who was born to govern by Him over the upbringing of the earth. Even if we passed from Him in faith, He who was born from Him was, and that we might be saved in the King, the salvation of the body, He when He said: "I, the kingdom is not from it in the world," is comforted.
Note. Just as it is a necessity, however, that the obedient one original: "Compulsi" should show the cause, and that we should hear the life and the restraint of the flesh, and that we should know after the faith of His mysteries, to that will which is:
