And the blessed one (1) the elder said (to the three of them, their children (2)): "Arise, descend from the mountain, and circulate in the city and in the villages: and let us proclaim the message of the kingdom: because this is the will of our Lord." And their children said to him: "Our Lord: there is fear from these righteous ones: lest we become debtors to these times: because we might annul the life of anwayutha asceticism/humility." (The glorious elder said to her (3)): "Do not fear, my daughter: because we might annul the righteousness of these. How then does it happen that there is no one of those who are in the standing of the mountain: who does that and does not grow old?" And she said (4): "How was their conduct revealed: not love in the standing of the mountain?" And he said to her: "That God (5) from conduct. And it is not that one should stand in asceticism: and descend from his conduct and go out to the place: and may the conduct of those cities not circulate in the world." And all that was there was spread out until it had circulated: to where he would pass from the sea and from that hill-country. Because these righteous ones in the sea were in asceticism like death: and the outsiders that you saw (8) were ascending: because of this they received the command that we should conduct the asceticism in the sea. And the elder and their children said (9): and they descended from the mountain. And when they reached one conduct: that was in the place that is near Syria: they were cast into martyrdom in the likeness of the four living creatures:
