Of the Life of Mar Ephrem Saint Ephrem the Syrian.

that he said to him: from where have you come here? And what are you doing here: why? original: "ܠܗܳܪܟܳܐ." And to what place are you turning? (He said to her the humble elder original: "ܕܶܐܡܪܶܗ ܠܗܰܘ ܢܰܟܦܳܐ ܡܳܪܝ ܐܶܦܪܶܡ."): to which monastery are the daughters of the beautiful rose: and that time which disturbs them. He said original: "ܐܶܡܪܰܬ݀." to her in faith: as one who is not a son who is loving in his heart to send to the place: and sends to send: [she] rejoices in heaven original: "ܢܶܚܙܶܐ." that you have come: or to be spread: they think of her and these lives to her.
