...at the words (current edition, p. 65, 4) seems to hint at a missing heading.
B — Matenadaran, No. 3160 (Gevorgian collection, No. 1035), leaves: 312, dimensions: 22 x 16, material: parchment, binding: leather-covered stamped board, script: two-column, 27 lines, bolorgir round script. It contains Moses of Khoren’s History (1a — 133a), Asoghik’s History (133b — 221b), Aristakes Lastiverttsʻi’s History (222a — 276a), and Anania Shirakatsi’s Geography entitled "Geometry on the geography of the universe, said by Moses of Khoren" (277b — 286a). Regarding the manuscript, see N. Marr, "From a summer trip to Armenia. Notes and excerpts from Armenian manuscripts," Zapiski Vostochnogo otdeleniya Imperatorskogo Russkogo Arkheologicheskogo obshchestva Notes of the Oriental Department of the Imperial Russian Archaeological Society, vol. V, issues II—IV, 1891, pp. 213 — 214, and "History of Armenia by Moses of Khoren," p. XIX.
The manuscript was copied for Archbishop Sargis of Sanahin by the scribe Nerses in the Sanahin Monastery (colophons are published in Marr, as well as in the preface to M. Khorenatsi’s History). As N. Marr shows, the manuscript was copied in the first half of the 17th century.¹ At the end of Asoghik’s History, another colophon is preserved, which is identical to the corresponding colophon of the previous manuscript, with only the following added at the end:
"...I beg you to remember in prayer before Christ the scribe Nerses, whom I did not mention, and my parents, Father Azaria the priest, so that through your prayers we may find mercy from Christ and the Lord may grant you the reward manifold, amen" (fol. 221b).
The transcription contains many errors, and individual letters and syllables are often erased. The chapters are not numbered. The heading for Chapter XI is missing.
C — Matenadaran, No. 3502 (Gevorgian collection, No. 218), leaves: 443 (foliated as 444, but leaf 287 is missing), dimensions: 18.5 x 12.5, material: paper, binding: leather-covered stamped board, has parchment erkatagir iron script flyleaves, script: single-column, 23 lines, notragir cursive script. The codex contains Moses of Khoren’s History (1a — 201a), Anania Shirakatsi’s Geography (202a — 220b), Asoghik’s History (without heading, 221a — 353a), and Aristakes Lastiverttsʻi’s History (355a — 412b), which is preceded by a table of contents (354a — 354b).
For the description of the manuscript, see "History of Armenia by Moses of Khoren," p. XVIII².
After the Geography comes a colophon by the scribe, where it is said:
"Written in the Armenian year one thousand one hundred and seven (= 1658) by the hand of the multi-sinful and falsely named Grigor..."
After Asoghik’s History comes the colophon that was common to manuscripts A and B.

² Here too, it is mistakenly noted that this codex is described in Karinyants's list under number 241, whereas number 241 in Karinyants corresponds to 248.
