By the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, we begin to write the agaryata letters and profitable discourses that were composed by the holy and wise fathers who were at that time in the holy monastery of Qenneshre a famous monastic center on the Euphrates in Mesopotamia, which they sent to the monks, the masters of the islands, Ephesus, and Cyriacus.
