• to his son, one [it] was. And in the evening, he had a father. And the expenses that were from his possessions he was spending completely. And the peace that [is] to him in all his joys. He was rejoicing [in] the boy and he was going out for him to this face of gentleness. And when that time arrived in which we said: he went out and walked in that he was weeping toward the elder. And he was pleading with him that he [should] pray for them all. He, however, the elder, said to him: "Why are you weeping, and [why is] that man being destroyed?" And he said, "My lord, you do not know." The elder said to him, "Is it something that is his, [that] he was crucified or [is he a] heretic: or did he sin against God?" He said to him, "No." He said to him, "Look, because of our sins, things that are ours: these that do not sin 1 are managed [by the one] who they are." Then the father wept and was wept for and went to him. And the spirit was in his soul. He went, however, to that son as he commanded him. And he wept before him. And the elder went out and walked. And that seat approached. And when he took it and gave it to the minister at the end [of] that which is blessed. From the quietness of the one who is humble, that gentleness went up and reached them. And where there are two, there are those who in all [things] are blessed and their prayer [is] of the elder: and he wept for his will. And when he hears in the faces of the son of the descendings: the elder rose from the table and stretched out his hands
  4 v. a. to heaven and said: "My Lord, beloved Christ: * who manages splendor and joy, all that ministers and all that is managed: because of the Lord of the fathers, in the evening, however, of the third [day] in it, the body and splendor lives and makes alive... [he] takes [the] souls, of the sinner [your] servant, my Lord. And how from him [he] was humble. And the Lord forgave all the gold. And he made it humble... and there is not in it even one leaf. And when in that evening by the sweetness of the prayers of the blessed one, behold, from the torn son, the boy does not live in it. In that all [the] joys, they are destroyed. And he to the end, [he] went out... then I said that behold, he is toward the father, [the] will was in it. And he said and went out from him:
