We proceed to the description of those manuscripts of Eghishe's History of Vardanants that are kept in the State Manuscript Repository of the Armenian SSR (Matenadaran). We denote the manuscripts with Armenian capital letters.
9. In chronological order, the first place is held by Manuscript A, No. 1890 (1687).

Folios 3—12 are restored with different paper and script. Scribe — David the monk original: "Davit kronavor". Recipient — the scribe himself. Date — 1174. Location — Koshavank.
