When marking the locations of passages cited from the Holy Scriptures, I have generally omitted marking the locations of those passages that are not cited in the source text as evidence, but rather as the speaker’s own words: for example, p. 67, lines 21–23; p. 99, line 34; p. 118, lines 15, 16, etc.
