The manuscript shows significant wear, with some fraying at the top left edge and fading of the ink in several places. A modern watermark "RESERVED © Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana" is overlaid diagonally across the right side of the text.
...which is from the power of the Father and from the wisdom of the Father. The Son, who is of the very essence of the Father. And the Word, who is the Word of the Father. Just as the soul of a human being has a word, and power, and wisdom, and these three are from it, and they are one soul, and they are not separated from one another—just as God is not separated from his Word and from his power and from his wisdom. And while God is one in his essence, he is three in his qnome hypostases/individual persons. One God, the Father, from whom is everything; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom is everything; and one Holy Spirit, in whom is everything. And these three qnome hypostases/individual persons are one essence and one divinity, and one lordship, and one will, and one authority, and one glory, and one worship. And they are not separated from one another in essence, but only in their qnome hypostases/individual persons. Just as the Father is Father and not Son, and the Son is Son and not Father, and the Holy Spirit is Holy Spirit and not the Father and not the Son. And these three qnome hypostases/individual persons are complete, and there is not one among them who is less than his fellow, but they are equal in everything. And thus we believe and confess in one God, the Father, the Almighty, and in one Lord, Jesus Christ, his only Son, and in the Holy Spirit, the giver of life to all, who proceeds from the Father and is glorified with the Father and with the Son. This, moreover, is the true God, who is from eternity and unto eternity.
