He, however, who is such that he sees God by the purity of his heart, is not in need of the words of a man, so that something should be interpreted for him. But by that which is enlightened to him from the interior of that purity, he sees the revelation of mysteries, as in a mirror. And he is made known all the things of God, by that which is enlightened to him from the interior of that purity.
