The manuscript leaf is in poor condition, showing severe moisture staining, pigment loss, and general fading throughout. A large circular digital watermark also obscures much of the central text area. Approximately 24 lines of text in a Syriac Serto script are present, but the writing is extremely faded and stained, making a continuous character-by-character translation impossible without multi-spectral imaging. The text appears to be a prose narrative or theological treatise.
Multiple lines of text are obscured by heavy staining and ink bleed-through at the top of the folio, making the opening of this section impossible to recover.

The bottom section of the page is heavily darkened with moisture damage and mold remnants, leaving only scattered Syriac letterforms visible. The environmental damage has effectively erased the concluding arguments of this folio.
