Again, a prayer before the qurbana offering/Eucharist.
My Lord, Almighty God, who accepted
the sacrifice of Abel, and the offering of Noah,
and the sacrifice of Abraham, and the sacrifice of Elijah,
and the offering of Moses, and the sacrifice
of Aaron: accept, my Lord, also this offering
from the hands of a sinner and a weakling,
and make me worthy that in purity and holiness
I may offer to you this spiritual sacrifice,
for the forgiveness of my debts and for the remission
of my sins, and for eternal life. Amen.
Again, another prayer before
the qurbana offering/Eucharist. My Lord, Almighty God,
you who have made me worthy to stand before
your holy altar, and to offer to you
this spiritual sacrifice: make me worthy,
my Lord, that in purity and holiness
I may offer to you this offering,
for the forgiveness of my debts and for the remission
of my sins, and for eternal life. Amen.
