that there may be for them rest and salvation,
and for us, forgiveness and remission.
And for the faithful departed who have died
in your hope: rest and a good remembrance
in your kingdom. Amen.
And again we pray for those
who have become ill with various diseases,
and those who are tormented by harsh pains,
and those who are pursued by unclean spirits:
that you, O Lord,
Almighty God, send them
help from your rich treasury,
and heal their illnesses, and cure
their pains, and drive away from them
the evil spirits, so that they may rise
and praise your holy name. Amen.
And again we pray for those
who are in distress and in imprisonment,
and in the afflictions of Satan,
and in captivity and in exile,
and in harsh servitude:
that you, O Lord God, may your mercy
be upon them, and deliver them
from all their distresses.
And those who are on the road,
and on the sea, and in the rivers, and in
difficult places: that you, O Lord, may be
to them a companion and a peacemaker,
and bring them to their dwellings in peace.
And to us, O Lord, have mercy and pity upon us,
and make us worthy of your kingdom. Amen.

And again we pray for those
who asked us to remember them in our prayers,
and for those who gave us something
from the fruits of their labor: that you, O Lord
God, may reward them one hundredfold,
and make them worthy of your kingdom. Amen.
And again we pray for those
who have brought offerings and vows
and first-fruits to your holy house:
that you, O Lord, may accept their offering,
and make them worthy of eternal life. Amen.
And again we pray for those
who are in sin and in error:
that you, O Lord God, may open
the door of repentance before them,
and receive them in your mercies. Amen.
And again we pray for those
who are in humility and in monastic life,
and in all the ecclesiastical orders:
that you, O Lord, may guard them by your cross,
and make them worthy of a good struggle. Amen.
And again we pray for those
who are in authority and in the faith:
that you, O Lord God, may guard them,
and make them worthy of your kingdom. Amen.
And again we pray for all
the children of the holy Church: that you,
O Lord, may guard them by your cross,
and make them worthy of eternal life. Amen.
