It is known to the world that Your Electoral Highness is highly experienced in many Scientiis sciences, understands them well, and in particular bears great inclination and high understanding for the noble art of architecture. You at all times graciously regard and promote those persons who occupy themselves with it, just as Your Electoral Highness also most graciously appointed and accepted me as your master builder a few years ago.

Since, therefore, mill construction is also a member of the art of architecture, and the same is highly necessary and useful in every country or principality, Your Electoral Highness also bears fatherly care in this piece in your lands at all times. You do not only repair the mill works torn down and devastated by the woeful war, but also cause many other useful new buildings to be erected and built.
