"whose daughter she is, and now practices asceticism, named Eustochia" original Greek: ἧς θυγάτηρ ἐστὶ, καὶ νῦν ἀσκεῖται, Εὐστοχία ὀνόματι] In the place cited by Jerome, she is called Eustochium, and is called by another name, Julia, because her father traced his lineage from Julius Caesar. His words are these:
She was joined to a husband, Toxotius, who draws his very high blood from Aeneas and the Julians. Whence also his daughter, the Christian virgin, is called Eustochium Julia. original Latin: Iuncta est viro Toxotio, qui AEneæ & Iuliorum altissimum sanguinem trahit. Vnde etiam filia eius, Christia virgo, Eustochium Iulia nuncupatur.

"they shall live in the zeal of God" original Greek: ζήσουσι ζήλῳ Θεοῦ] Write/Read: they burn with zeal for God original Greek: ζέουσι ζήλῳ Θεοῦ. Meursius is suggesting a textual correction, as the Greek words for 'live' (zesousi) and 'boil/burn' (zeousi) are very similar in manuscript form..
"and Basinilla" original Greek: καὶ Βασινίλλαν] Perhaps it should be written "and Basilissa." Or, "and Basilla." Mention of both is found in the Martyrology An official list of martyrs and saints of the Church.. But I would not wish to change anything rashly.
"and Photine" original Greek: καὶ Φωτεινὴν] Regarding Photine, there is an entry in the Martyrology.
