I; it is little established whose title constitution is intended and whether it is among those we have (learned men thought of 1, 16, 1). We do not repeat the errors connected with that false reading of Haenelius.

There is no doubt that the first book is intended, although the manuscript that preserved this constitution states only the title with its number.
