An illuminated frontispiece or dedication page for a manuscript. The central area contains five calligraphic sections arranged vertically: a top semi-circular arch, three rectangular panels, and a bottom semi-circular arch. Each section is filled with intricate floral arabesque motifs in gold. The backgrounds of the panels alternate between deep blue, red, and light blue/white. The text is executed in a monumental Thuluth script. The entire composition is surrounded by a gold and blue decorative border.
