• Top Left: The winged ox representing Saint Luke ("Sctō lucas").
• Top Right: The eagle representing Saint John ("Sctō Johānes").
• Bottom Left: The winged man/angel representing Saint Matthew ("Sctō mattheu").
• Bottom Right: The winged lion representing Saint Mark ("Sctō marcus").
  The center of the woodcut features large, interlocking Gothic initials (likely "M S" or "I S") surrounded by elaborate floral and leaf scrollwork.
