be able, just as I cannot or I ought not to fear, dare, hope: as "do not expect that you will immediately give thanks," i.e., you should not hope.
Nora an excuse is a fault. Terence: "I am outside of excuse, but it is not easily excused."
Sinoria without excuse is governed by freedom from vice, it is placed for "nora."
Non nubenda not to be married, but nuptura about to marry, is rather to be said.
Audi listen what was not covered. Audatum is said of what was covered.
Nudius tertius the day before yesterday and nudius quartus three days ago are said, and no further, unless by poetic license, and it is said of the past. But nudius tertius is the day before yesterday, or the third day. Whence, "the day before yesterday" we call the day before yesterday. And of the one before that, still nudius quartus. Of the following, we say "tomorrow," of the one after that, "the day after tomorrow." Whence Cicero: "You know, tomorrow at the latest, the day after tomorrow."
Also, nudius scos is not said of the past, yesterday; of the future, we have "tomorrow."
Nuge trifles is not said for "medea," but nuge means useless words.
Nup and pridem are said for a longer time, which are "long ago" and "already long ago," such as "he gave to him for a year or more."
Nullus no one is used instead of "not" even outside of a general negation. Terence: "Let me do it and let no one warn me." Also, "When I arrived there, there was no virgin."
Nullatenus in no way is not said, but nullo modo.
Nullibi nowhere is not said, but nusquam.

Triceni, tricenisinguli, tricenibini, etc. Quadrageni, quingeni, sexageni, septuageni, octogeni, not octuagita. Octogita is said and not "octuagita." Also, nonageni or nongeni and not "nouageni." Centeni. Milleni which are not syncopated. Duceni for "ducenteni" we say through syncope, Triceni for "tricenteni," Quadrageni, quingeni, septeni, septingeni, octingeni, noningeni. These are said through syncope for...
