Aulus Cornelius Celsus
On Medicine
Eight Books.
The page features two distinct printer's marks or seals. On the left is a circular seal containing a Rod of Asclepius surrounded by a laurel wreath and a crown, with text that appears to be an institutional stamp. In the center is a more elaborate decorative vignette featuring a central oval with the monogram "D", topped by a Rod of Asclepius emitting rays of light. The oval is flanked by books, a skull, and draped fabric, signed below by "Beugnet".
