EDITIONS.

Renovatus" a medical bibliography indicate a second Elzevir edition, published at Leiden in the year 1659: however, as we have just cause to deny the reliability of this edition, it seems manifest that it falsely claims its own origin from the forged figure of the final character.

1685 Cornelius Celsus, Eight Books on Medicine: an edition published by Jo. Antonides Vander Linden, with Patinus joining in the work; revised and made somewhat larger by Theod. Janssonius ab Almeloveen. Amsterdam, 1685, in-12.

Since no evidence has been found to support this edition, it is only to be conjectured that it exists in Haller’s "Medical Study".
