The following:

But when I speak to You, most auspiciously born, or to the offspring that has grown for the Kingdom; you will surely rejoice to sing to him:

This, indeed, the Bourbon blood knows above all: this you have received from your ancestors; this you yourself present, not having degenerated: this will be left by You as an example, stimulus, and incentive for those who come after. Proceed, Most Serene Prince, to embrace every highest virtue, and to adorn these with learning and wisdom; this is to compete in greatness with LOUIS THE GREAT Reference to Louis XIV.. While you generously strive for these things, we in the meantime, to the envy of foreign nations, shall enjoy the happiness of our age and of the French Empire; in which, clearly, Kings study philosophy so studiously, and govern so wisely.
