A blue-inked bookplate from Trinity College, Toronto. The central feature is an oval seal containing a coat of arms. The shield is divided vertically: the left side displays a crown over crossed scepters, two open books, and a lion passant; the right side shows a stag trippant. The shield is surmounted by a royal crown. Surrounding the shield within the oval is the Latin inscription "COLLEGIUM SACROSANCTÆ TRINITATIS APUD TORONTONENSES", with a small cross at the beginning and a fleur-de-lis at the end of the text. The rectangular frame around the oval is decorated with a fleur-de-lis in each corner. Below the seal, the text "FROM THE LIBRARY OF TRINITY COLLEGE TORONTO" is printed, with a smaller emblem consisting of a fleur-de-lis supporting an open book at the bottom.
