With all these things considered and weighed, we append a view of the quires once contained in the Cassinese book, marking the folios of the book that was once complete with bold letters and adding asterisks to the folios now lost.
I quire, f. 1*: beginning of the prologue.
f. 2—6 = f. 1—5 = p. 3, 7—15, 20: end of the prologue, Adam (and Eve), Cain and Abel, Lamech (and Seth), Noah (and his sons Shem, Japheth, Ham) in part.
f. 7—8**: Noah (and his sons Shem, Japheth, Ham) in part, Abraham in part.
II quire, f. 9—16**: Abraham (and Sarah) in part, Isaac (and Rebecca), Jacob (and Esau) in part; cf. fragments preserved elsewhere p. 15, 23—17, 18.
III quire, f. 17—24 = f. 6—13 = p. 18, 3—37, 21: Jacob (and Esau) in part, Moses, Hosea, Joshua (and Rahab), beginning of the peroration.
IV quire, f. 25*: peroration in part.
f. 26 = f. 14 = p. 37, 26 and p. 209—212: end of the peroration, beginning of the book of hymns, i.e., the hymn Ante saecula Before the ages in part.
f. 27—30**: hymn Ante saecula in part, other hymns, hymn on the resurrection of Christ in part.
f. 31 = f. 15 = p. 212—216: hymn on the resurrection of Christ in part, hymn Adae carnis Of Adam's flesh in part.
