A central gilt-stamped emblem consisting of a rectangular border. Inside, a heraldic shield featuring a castle or tower is flanked by two lions rampant as supporters. Above the shield is a circular device (possibly an armillary sphere or a compass) surrounded by a ribbon or banderole containing a Latin motto.
