The Fountain of Wisdom originates from God alone, for it is a universal outflow, a breathing of divine power, a beam that illuminates the heavens, pours itself into all kingdoms of this world, and nourishes and preserves them.

2. This fountain is guided by nature primarily toward the astral realm, and it gives all stars their nourishment, without which they could neither exist nor assist the rest of creation through their influens astral influence.

3. Accordingly, the astral realm is, as it were, the first recipient receiver or vessel of this fountain, which
