10. Because this form is manifold, due to the many different influences of the stars, our fountain also brings forth so many types of plants because of the many forms impressed upon it.

11. The seeds of the plants always retain the specification specific identity or classification they once received. Indeed, the seeds are, as it were, children of the stars. Therefore, they always retain the likeness of their father along with all his powers.

12. And no plant is to be found that does not have its seed, if not externally, then internally. Even the peasants know how to coax out the natural seed during winter time by using the rolled-up leaves of plants that otherwise seem to bear no seed.

13. It is also more than true that many herbs grow and thrive without previously sown or otherwise present seeds. In such cases, the radical moisture the fundamental life-fluid is activated and informed solely in putrefaction the process of decay by the spirit of a star, so that a new herb grows forth.
