hands and feet/ burning/ tearing gout in arms and legs: long-lasting/ constantly enduring/ extremely painful colic and gut-gout; And much more other almost uncountable (as well inherited from parents/ as completely newly contracted) tartaric diseases (qvorum radices fixæ sunt whose roots are fixed) created; also in TARTAR and Stones (though very impure/ thereto also extremely very hard and firmly closed) nevertheless surely and infallibly placed and hidden; (habent enim & HI Morbi chronici ac graves, sicuti & ALII omnes, GRATIA DIVINÂ, MEDICINAM in NATURA ; & qvidem, ut dictum, in LAPIDIBUS ; qvorum puris & salutaribus BALSAMIS radicalibus, amicas Naturæ morborum tartareorum curationes, tam UNIVERSALEM, qvàm particulares, JEHOVÀH benedicente, JUCUNDÈ, TUTÒ, &, respectivè, CITÒ, instituere atq; absolvere debemus atq; possumus for these chronic and grave diseases also have, just as all others, by DIVINE GRACE, MEDICINE in NATURE; and indeed, as said, in STONES; whose pure and healthful radical BALSAMS, the cures of tartaric diseases friendly to Nature, as much UNIVERSAL as particular, with JEHOVAH blessing, we must and can pleasantly, safely, and, respectively, quickly institute and complete; - and very cumbersome

That is/ For these long-lasting/ just as well as other diseases/ have by God’s Grace their medicine in Nature; and indeed/ as said/ in Stones; with whose pure/ healthful and actual BALSAMS, tartaric diseases' Nature-agreeable/ as well the UNIVERSAL or general/ as particular cures, through God’s Blessing/ we pleasantly/ safely/ and/ when one otherwise
