by this nation, is to be seen through the discovery of chemical medicaments by Theophrastus Paracelsus, and others, not to mention the Fraternity of the R. C. original: "Fraternitet R. C." referring to the Rosicrucians initiated by the Germans. Above all, however, the grace and immeasurable goodness of the Almighty is especially to be praised, which He has shown to us in these latter times, in that He has set before everyone's eyes the abominable abominations and blasphemies of the Papacy through his dear instrument, Doctor Martin Luther, a born German, and has purified His precious Word from the same. Which blessing, which cannot be praised enough, we ought to recognize from Him with a grateful heart and use as is due; but in general, we should also praise the high gifts with which God has endowed this praiseworthy nation before others, and preserve them in proper use.
