Because I have recently found, however, that it is better for the extraction of gold from the poor gold-bearing stones, sand, and clay, which are to be found everywhere in the world, than a ☿ mercury, I cannot fail to recommend it here. It has a particularly great love for ☉ gold, and not only for the fixed but also for the still volatile ☉, to extract it and make it fixed. Many earths, stones, sand, or mountain ores contain much volatile ☉ which does not remain at all through common smelting but goes away in the smoke and is held for no ☉ because it cannot endure the great smelting fire. Powerful treasures often lie in plain sight that no one uses, but through this my extraction, precipitation, cheese-making original: "Käßmachung", and ingenious smelting, everything could be attained with great profit. For what the Spiritus Salis does not bind or fix in the extraction, the ☽ silver or ♄ lead/saturn does afterward, so that it is fished out of the ☿ or Spiritu Salis. It also helps much when the fished cheese is completely fixed through an ingenious Cimentum cement/seal and reduced through a gradirenden fluß graduating flow/flux, especially in such a vessel in which the least volatile cannot evaporate, in which not only the fished volatile ☉ is fixed, but also a part of the ☽ or ♄ fishing net is thereby graduated and made golden. For
