A central engraved coat of arms of the Kingdom of Bavaria, enclosed within a rectangular double-line frame. The shield in the center features the Wittelsbach lozenges (fusils) and is surmounted by a royal crown. Two lions rampant serve as supporters on either side of the shield. The entire assembly is draped in a large ermine-lined royal mantle, which is itself topped by a large crown and two flags bearing the lozenge pattern.
