It is permitted, Great Prince, for me to insert myself into the joys of a celebrating fatherland, and to inscribe these humble pages to Your Glorious Name, which, having been most recently inscribed in the register of the Archbishops of Salzburg, Fame proclaims to the world amidst the acclamations of all. This recently animated Salzburg with such joy that, crossing its own Alps, it penetrated even to the mountains of the neighboring Tyroleans.
