Magdeburg, 1608 in Folio. This I have encountered in a Dutch auction catalog, and it is presumably the first Latin edition. Fresnoy also indicated it on page 198.
Leipzig, at Herming Gross, 1608 in Folio.

Hanau, with figures, 1609 in Folio.
This edition I encountered in the Bibliotheca Thomasiana, and in the Dictionnaire typographique, historique et critique Typographical, Historical and Critical Dictionary, Vol. I, p. 386, with the words: Curious and rare. It must have the censure of the Faculty of Theology of Paris at the end, 25 to 30 livres.
