In this edition, which Erasmus Wolfarth took care of, there are 9 large figures and the portrait of the author, whereas in the very first editions only 4 figures are to be found. This is therefore the best and most complete, and is paid for in auctions with 2 to 3 Louis d'or.
Frankfurt, 1653 in Folio, with only the title changed original: "mutato tantum titulo". This latest edition is to be found in Borellii’s Biblioth. chem., in Fresnoy, and in the Bibliotheca Thomasiana. The owners will be able to determine whether it is a complete copy provided with all copperplates, or whether it has been reprinted from the first editions.
