Judgment of the named writings. On the connection of the history of philosophy with the history of medicine.

The knowledge of books in which the opinions of all times belonging to medical sciences are contained (medical bibliography or Bibliognosie the study of book knowledge) and the knowledge of the life circumstances of distinguished physicians (medical biography) are to be considered special and excellent aids to the history of medicine.
