The engraving is a heraldic plate for Franz Töpsl (Franciscus), who was elected Provost of Polling Abbey (Augustinian Canons Regular) in 1744. Artist: Franz Xaver Jungwirth (1720–1790), active in Munich.
A woodcut depicts an ornate Rococo engraved cartouche. At the top is a banner reading "LET INVENTIONS BE RAISED UP" original: "INVENTA LEVENTUR". Below the banner is the bust of a bishop wearing a mitre, emerging from leafy scrollwork. The central part of the engraving features two oval medallions:
1. The left medallion depicts a lamb in a landscape near a cross, surrounded by the motto "SINCE YOU HAVE TAKEN ME UP" original: "QUONIAM SUSCEPISTI ME.".
2. The right medallion contains a coat of arms showing a cross atop a tripartite hill with an anchor below, surrounded by the motto "I WILL EXALT YOU" original: "EXALTABO TE".
Between the medallions is a decorative tassel, and below it is the citation "Ps. 29." The base of the cartouche features the head of a cherub. The outer border contains the name of the provost, the location, the year, and his title.
