Handwritten note: Chapter 42
An engraved portrait of Ferdinand IV, King of Bohemia and Hungary, seated on a throne within an architectural niche. He is depicted in royal regalia, wearing a crown and a decorative mantle with an ermine lining. In his right hand, he holds a scepter, and in his left hand, an imperial orb. The architectural frame is decorated with garlands of fruit hanging from the pillars. Four coats of arms are positioned in the corners of the frame: top left (Hungary), top right (the lion of Bohemia), bottom left (the Imperial eagle), and bottom right (a lion).
