Promantic Proof from the Number Four

God himself, the first and supreme Being of Beings, among almost all peoples, nations, and languages, is expressed and written with only FOUR letters. For among the Hebrews, He is called Iehoua Jehovah, the Tetragrammaton; among the Egyptians Thouth Thoth; among the Persians Syre; among the Etruscans Esar; among the Arabs Alla; among the Assyrians Adad; among the Turks Aydi; among the Greeks Theos; among the Latins Deus; among the Spaniards Dios; among the Italians Idio; among all Germans and English Gott; among the Poles and neighboring peoples Boog—all with only FOUR letters. And finally, in almost all Nations and languages, we find and read the most Holy Tetragrammaton, the name of GOD. Whence also GOD founded this Universe with the Tetragrammaton Word: FIAT Let it be done. But our FOURFOLD nature is not lacking in mystery here as well, because Christ, GOD and MAN, about to destroy the death of the first MAN, ADAM, which was derived to his descendants, by dying on the Cross, willed that this most Holy Cross, containing height, depth, width, and length by a FOURFOLD dimension, be inscribed with the Tetragrammaton I.N.R.I., with that solemn declaration of Pilate: "What I have written, I have written." For in an ineffable way, these four words of four letters—DEVS God, HOMO Man, ADAM, I.N.R.I.—seem to have converged in this operation of the Divine Creation and the Redemption of the human Race. So that, undoubtedly, the Image and likeness of GOD in Man, in which he was created, might become more evident through the number four.
Hence also, from the four letters of ADAM, according to the Greeks, the FOUR parts of the World begin: from A, Anatole East; from D, Dysis West; from A, Arktos North; from M, Mesembria South. Thus GOD showed by these letters that man (who is also written as Homo with FOUR letters) is the compendium and Epitome of the whole World. Then, when that first man, Adam, had transgressed the command of GOD in Paradise and by his fall had lost the entire human race and condemned it to eternal punishment, GOD raised up from the Tribe of Judah, from the generous Stock of David, a strong and holy Woman, upon whom He placed a name of FOUR
