out of the beauty and lust of this world / to enter into the suffering and into the death of Christ (patiently under his cross): and wishes to direct his whole hope toward the coming life / and now (in righteousness and truth) desires to enter into the vineyard of Christ / and to do the will of God: and in the spirit and will of Christ / to begin and finish all his doing in this world: and desires / for the sake of the words and the promises of Christ (in which He has promised us Heavenly reward) to gladly suffer and bear all misfortune and cross / if only he may be counted among the communion of the children of Christ / and may be united in the blood of the Lamb Jesus Christ (in his humanity).
He shall firmly imagine for himself (and wrap his soul entirely therein) that he shall receive the love of God in Christ (in his resolution): and that God (according to His faithful promise) shall give him the noble pledge (the Holy Spirit) for his beginning: that he shall be reborn in himself in the humanity of Christ (according to the Heavenly Divine being).
