An elaborate engraved heraldic achievement centered on the page. The central oval shield is quartered, containing charges that appear to be rooks or standing figures, with a smaller inescutcheon in the center featuring a double-headed eagle. Above the shield is a barred helmet with ornate mantling, surmounted by three crests: a central double-headed eagle and two flanking crests with human figures. The shield is supported by two rampant lions wearing crowns. The entire achievement rests upon a tiered stone pedestal and is decorated with architectural scrollwork and acanthus leaves at the bottom. A faint rectangular plate mark from the engraving process is visible around the image.
