This manuscript page contains a dense arrangement of non-textual symbols or shorthand characters organized into five vertical columns. The page is composed of cream-colored paper with horizontal yellow-tan bands. A regular grid of small red dots is printed across the entire surface. The page is divided into five columns by dark, hand-drawn vertical ink lines. Within each column, there are various dark ink markings that appear to be a form of specialized notation, possibly a system of shorthand, a cipher, or astrological and alchemical signs. The symbols include upward and downward pointing arrow-like shapes, horizontal and diagonal wavy lines or tildes (~), complex multi-stroke characters resembling stylized letters with loops and flourishes, and short curved strokes and hooked marks. The symbols are distributed vertically within the columns, often corresponding to the underlying grid of red dots.
