by his apostolic authority, in a perpetual and irrefragable sanction, as if the tenor of letters had been completed concerning this, he established, decreed, and ordained that this Feast of the Presentation, just as the Assumption, the Visitation, and other Feasts of the aforementioned blessed Mary, should henceforth be solemnly celebrated by all Christians on the said day annually for all future time in perpetuity, by command of the Apostolic See, in the lands and domains of the aforementioned Duke. We nonetheless command that his statute and decree concerning the celebration of the aforesaid Feast be solemnly published by the prelates and other ecclesiastical persons in the aforementioned domains and lands. But lest there be any hesitation whatsoever concerning the aforementioned statute, decree, and command for the reason that apostolic letters were not extant regarding them due to the intervening death of the same pious predecessor, we will and decree by said apostolic authority that these present letters suffice everywhere to prove the statute, decree, and command of the pious predecessor
