Finally, after most of them had dispersed, between the zenith and the West, near the stars of the Triangle a constellation, a wondrously white quadrilateral figure ἑτερομήκης oblong/unequal-sided is seen; its stature was no less than that of a man, and in length, it had a fourth part of its length, or slightly more. I did not know whether to call it a white cloth or a bier. While I was gazing at it with a great trembling of my limbs, behold, on the right Southern side, a pyramid-shaped figure stands; you would have thought it a candle placed by that bier. Its base was roughly triple the base of the quadrilateral, and in length, it was roughly half that. They remained motionless for over half an hour, until they eventually vanished just as the others had.

I saw a not dissimilar chasm on the 6th of April, likewise distinguished into three luminous areas toward the North, along with the vibration of spears, horrible to behold.
