If a minor was cheated in a transaction, the transaction shall be rescinded through restitutio in integrum restoration to the original state, and the adversary will sometimes use the actions competent to him, just as if no transaction had intervened.

But when a transaction is made concerning the doubtful outcome of a lawsuit, it is a controversial question whether a claim can be made by adults, even those over twenty-five years of age, on account of an immoderate loss, and thus be helped by the remedy of Law 2, Code on the Rescission of Sales original: "L.2, C.de rescind.uend.".
