Further willing and decreeing, by the same our authority and power, that you may be able to use, enjoy, possess, and exercise all and singular Privileges, Indulgences, Immunities, liberties, Rights, customs, honors, dignities, prerogatives, exemptions, graces, and favors everywhere in those places and lands where other Free Barons in the Holy Roman Empire and our hereditary Kingdoms and Dominions are accustomed and able to use, enjoy, possess, and exercise by law and custom, every contradiction and impediment set aside.
