A brief comparison of Sophocles and Euripides is established, and in which matters each excels is openly demonstrated. The arguments of the individual tragedies are explained separately with rhetorical art.
A PARASKEUE Preparation for the oration of Demosthenes PERI PARAPRESBEIAS On the False Embassy, to which have been added six Latin orations, which the same F. P. formerly delivered in the most illustrious Academy of the Duke of Ferrara in Modena as Professor of the Greek language. To each oration, its own argument has been briefly ascribed.
